Named Coverage: Insurance coverage that covers exactly what is named in the policy.
Named Insured: Any person, firm, or corporation, or any member thereof, specifically
designated by name as insured(s) in a policy as distinguished from the others who, though
unnamed, are protected under some circumstances.
Named Peril Policies: Named Peril Policies specify what perils are insured against, as
opposed to so-called all-risk policies.
Network: Groups of doctors, hospitals, medical centers and other health care providers
working with a specific health plan to offer medical care at agreed-upon rates.
